Dep Tuong – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dep Tuong mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital consent age required in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Dep Tuong is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes facial images and optional user-provided information to generate entertainment-oriented insights, style suggestions, and self-reflection content.

The information and results provided by the App:

  • Are intended for entertainment and general informational purposes only
  • Do not constitute professional advice

The App does not provide:

  • medical advice
  • psychological advice
  • legal advice
  • financial advice

You should not rely on the App as the sole basis for making important decisions.

3. User Content

Certain features of the App allow you to upload:

  • images
  • videos
  • basic profile information

These materials are referred to as “User Content.”

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s features and AI-generated results.

We:

  • Do not use your photos or videos in advertising without your consent
  • Handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel the subscription through your App Store / Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

Free Trials

If you start a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged according to the selected subscription plan.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled according to the policies of:

  • Apple App Store
  • Google Play Store

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the App
  • Using the App for identity verification or high-risk decision-making
  • Using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we detect violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to:

  • software
  • design
  • AI models
  • text, graphics, and other content

is owned by Hohama Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • copy
  • distribute
  • modify
  • commercially exploit

any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • the App will always function without interruption
  • the App will be error-free
  • AI-generated results will be completely accurate

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

  • indirect damages
  • incidental damages
  • consequential damages

arising from the use of the App.

Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the total amount you paid for the App within the previous 12 months.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes occur, we may:

  • update them within the App
  • publish them on our website
  • notify users within the App

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.
